This is information about the Alumni and Faculty Tools available on the website.
Setup My Profile
This tool allows first time visitors to setup their profile and choose the information they wish to display on the website. You choose your password so that it is easy to remember; and you are assigned a Profile ID number. Be sure to keep a record of this information. Instructions are included on this page.
Edit My Profile
This tool allows you to edit your profile information. It is necessary for you to login with your Profile ID and password. A required login insures that your information is not accessible for others to edit.
Forget Your Login?
This automated tool is a simple form that will retreive your Profile Password and/or Profile ID and email it to you if you forget it. Instructions are included on this page for retrieving either piece of information if it is lost.
Logout
When you enter your Profile ID and Profile Password to login to My Profile, special permissions are set that grant you (and more specifically, your computer) access to your profile information. These permissions will remain active until you:
- Click the Logout link
- Close the browser
Without performing one of the two options above, or by simply typing in a new website address and thus leaving the My Profile tool without logging out, someone could sit down at your computer and readily have access to all of your profile information!
